Office 365 customers get the new Office for Mac first. You’ll have Office applications on your Mac or PC, apps on tablets and smartphones for when you're on the go, and Office Online on the web for everywhere in between. Note: For more information on using Styles, refer to the documentation Word 2016 Mac: Formatting your Document at https://uits.kennesaw.edu/cdoc. I managed to change this in Word 2016 by: 1) finding the zoom scale at the bottom right of the screen. 2) hover the cursor over the zoom percentage (default 100%) 3) click that percentage, a window opens. 4) in the window, choose the zoom level you want. 5) this will affect all new documents as well as existing ones you open.
